Doesn't look like there is any help available here either.  I can't make heads or tails out of the entries that were provided regarding the transaction either.  Looks like it didn't go through, they didn't noticed the removed cards and they didn't try the good card.  NICE.  Love working with internet only sites.  NO accountability or customer service.  Now I remember why I stopped using PayPal.  I will have to make myself a sticky to remind myself.  The concept of having a buffer between my cc and the seller is great, but not when the buffer doesn't respond. ... I was never given the option to use a secondary method of payment.  I purchased something off EA.com and normally I can select a cc to pay with instead of my now closed bank account.  I clicked continue thinking that i would get options on the next page and instead it just processed it.  So I thought I could change the funding after the fact and I'm not finding that option.  And I noticed that there are 3 old credit cards associated with my account (one of which is listed as the backup).  My new card is in there too, so I'm not sure why it was pointing to the old one.  I deleted all of the old ones, so how do I make sure the payment goes to the new card? ...
