This has been a concern of mine as well. A while back I tried to get answers by phone and email, got nowhere. I have a blog, and some of my opinions might be called controversial in my hometown. On the other hand, someone might like what I write and it'd be wonderful if they could show appreciation with a donation. But if it means they can, for a nickel, get my name, no thanks. Therefore I don't use Paypal and would very much like to. Can someone here tell me, plainly: do I need a business account to use a business (blog) name on a Paypal account, and if so, do I need to get a tax id for my little blog, just to have a donate button?
