More than once now ive been charged twice for apayment i didnt authorize, one time 3 charges on the same day for 60.-- each when i contactred you and the place where the charges came from, first i wastold they didnt accept paypal ( yet it was debitedfrommy account_ when i disputed this there was an investigation, next time i ck it says expired and then i was told i was never charged even tho it was on my stament as completeed,throwing my account into the red that was 180.00 then recently i was charged for amazon prime once on the 3oth of dec,and again on the 1st for 79.00each . I complainedand was told it would take 5-7days still nothing I had to add more money to the account to get it outof a neg balance. still no refund. I reallyliked my paypalaccount but now Im starting to wonder whats up. and why when you dispute a charge and you put the trans. Id number does it say its invaild?? I was charged trans. completeed.. also everytime i make a purch. I get the alert on my bank account looking like im making another charge. help straighten this out
