Thanks TekGems. I followed your path, of course it is all automated but it finally said for me to wait on item to arrive. LOL It asked if item was paid for, I said yes, then it ask had I received it, no. Well it decided it was too soon for me to open a dispute, I should wait until the 28th. Oh you gotta love it! Hopefully seller will respond to email sent, but I think if they are smart enough to know not to request extra money through eBay email, then they are smart enough to just ignore refunding my money. Wish I could just open a dispute through paypal, think a hold on their account would get their attention a whole lot faster than an email from a buyer. Like you, I have also ate postage before but have been on the receiving end too. We may not like it, but when we make a mistake, as a seller, you deal with it. On the other hand I recently received a package full of baby clothes that had cost the seller more to mail than she had received from me total item & shipping. I emailed her & ask if she would like me to split the cost with her but she graciously declined, saying it was her mistake. Will wait this one out, maybe seller will decide to do right thing, if not, eventually it will let me file dispute. Thanks again for your advice! I just realized, they can't file against me for nonpayment, it shows paid, hahahahaha
