If u r a buyer yes., but if u r a seller u can't even link a netspend card to your paypal. Netspend prepaid visa has a option on there site to recieve funds from your paypal account, but when u try to use the option paypal says no go and that the type of card is invalid.  ... View more

Get this !! I recieved an email saying that they no longer were holding any of my funds that my currant holds were lifted and no futher holds in future.  I went to paypal and my balance did not reflect the email.They just lowered the hold from 21 days to 11 days.  Liers, Liers. ... View more

This is not just for new users cause I have sold for over 5 years and have 100% feedback on aprox 1,000 sales but took a year off due to illness. They are holding my funds probly cause I haven't linked a bank acct to my PP acct. I just closed 4 transactions in the last month and then they sent me the payment hold email.I am barely making a living and work at satisfying my customers with 100% satisfaction and now I can't even use my funds they give me to print the postage for their sale.So they can recieve it in a timely matter. Let alone I don't have funds up front to pay for postage I Have to get transportation to town so I can ship wich only can occur twice weekly. This suckssssss so bad. IIIIIII QQUIT. ... View more
