I bought a Item on Ebay on Sepotember It was Gonna Ship on December. Because the game was gonna be released that time. So I trusted the guy because he had over 800 nstars of positive feedback but the date is 1/10/10 and i still havent recieve the item. I tried to report him but it always ask me for the item number and the item is expired I cant find any other ways to contact ebay i have messages of proof on the account. Also do you think paypal can refund it? because i cant contact buyer unless its about a item i bought.
