bought an item on ebay yesterday(first time too) paid to seller's paypal with card,later on got a msg from ebay saying item got removed n i need to tell my bank cancel the payment or get a refund from the seller. called bank payment already gone thru they can't do anything n seller s no longer registered on ebay!?is there anyway i can get a refund on this?pls help.thx.
