When trying to buy an item from ebay (UK) I enter my paypal details and confirm payment and this error shows: "This card cannot be used for this transaction. You can complete the checkout with another debit or credit card. Please enter your new card information below." My paypal is linked with my Bank of Scotland student account and my visa debit card. I have verified my card and bank on paypal. Any idea how to solve this, It has happened 3 times to me on ebay.
