I filed a dispute 3/20/2020 for an item I received that was not as described. I returned the item with a tracking number. I spoke to a representative, Michael, that day and gave him the tracking number. Today I received a message from PayPal saying my dispute was denied because I did not provide them with that information. I tried contacting PP, messaging them my situation. They posted that messages are currently unavailable. I realize this is a difficult time. What are my options? I can't contact them in any way.
