i am having troble with confirming my address. i dont own a credit or debit card so i cant confirm it that way. so im trying to use the alternate address confermation but it wont allow me to do anything. i have had my account for over 6 months and im trying to apply for a debit card. ive done everything except for confirming my address. is anyone having the same issue??
