Just found this official Paypal answer to a similar question in another post.  I can't imagine why they make it so difficult!   ______ Payment from one personal Paypal account to another Oct-12-2010 06:40 PM My son wants to make an automatic payment of $300 from his personal Paypal account to mine?  Can he set that up?
