I MUST use my balance first?  How Stupid.  How can I keep my balance at zero?  I have one credit card i use for all my purchases and this can not be done through paypal so i want to get my money and cut my losses.  Paypal is not worth the time and stress. ... View more

Calling "Contact Us" gavev me no satisfaction.  I was twelve minutes on the phone and then when about to be transferred I was cut off.  My time is more important than **bleep**ing around with Paypal and their games. ... View more
