I just sold my first thing and totally confused. How do i know the buyer's state before accepting payment. I was asked option to pay shipping which I accepted, but assumed Paypal would charge corresponding tax per states. How do I know what each state charges or where the person is from. or do I just charge for my state, California? I don't understand.
