I attached a TD Bank Visa gift card to my Paypal account. I purchased something yesterday, but there is still a remaining balance of $5 on the card. I've tried to make multiple other purchases using the remaining $5, but the payment will not go through. Anyone know why this is, and how I can get it to work?
