I am with you. I know we are not the only ones. I read in one of the chat rooms yesterday that one Seller had been told 80% of Sellers on ebay were having their funds withheld. I have placed a formal complaint with to Paypal regarding this. I cannot continue with this policy as it is. I need to ship items out and cannot because I cannot access my funds to do so. This is no way to run a business. I have supplies, inventory, etc to pay for which comes out of this account.....needless to say; I am very disappointed and frustrated at this time. Place a complaint....maybe, if enough Sellers; and, I am sure they are out there, did so we could get some resolution. Sarah
