A few days ago, I used Paypal's new option to transfer money directly to your bank for $0.25 and it worked perfectly. Today, when I went to transfer money again, there was a message noting that you can use your debit card to transfer money instantly, but no actual option to use it. I just ended up using the regular transfer option. Am I missing something?
