I can't figuire out how to lift the limit on my account, it just keeps dragging me to the page where you get told you have been verfied. Can anyone help? Also, I've had a problem with paypal ebay gift cards where the seller hasn't recieved the money even tho i entered the information for it and everything. The Ebay side said to say they told me to Inquire for payment made and to tell your guys it is not showing on my account as payment made on the item. I've been waiting past the 72 hours that the e-mail says it should take, this is getting rediculious.
