I called paypal today and guess what they told me they could not give me any information about my account and the reason for all my payments. I know that it is bulls--- they just wanted a bunch more info about me that they do not need. I know for sure I will be contacting a lawyer also the BBB. This hold stuff has got to come to an end for everyone. I am also closing my account once payments are cleared. I feel bad for all that have got to go through this crap. I posted an auction on ebay in radio control about this matter for every one to see and read and told them how to find this discussion so that more people are able to find out what is going on in hopes that if they have thought about selling they will not rely on paypal. I agree with every one here, to hold money from the seller is wrong and I for one am not going to keep my account after my funds release I am done with it. If it was not for us paypal would not be here or making any money. They are going to drive all the occasianal sellers away and I know a few people that have already closed their accounts and I know alot more that will be soon. In my case paypal causes disputes because I will not send anything until payment is recieved, you can not go to the store and tell them I am taking this and I will be there in 21 days to pay for it. I have had one dispute recently because I was in the hospital with heart problems and now paypal desided to hold every payment I get.
