thanks for replay, im form Palestinian Territory , which is not listed in paypal , when i set the country to ISRAEL , which is governing us, paypal says: The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal. what i supposed to do in this case ?
