Now, because we had no idea Paypal was going to tie up our money, we are incurring late fees for bills that were to have been paid via a quick sale of a valuable yet underpriced item.  We sold it quickly because we need the funds quickly.  Paypal has stuck its nose into our business and is using our money for its own purposes.  We plan to bill Paypal for the fees incurred because of their unethical actions and we will actively pursue the matter through all legal channels. I am done with Paypal for good because they are holding nearly $4,000 of mine, earning interest, for 21 days.  I NEVER would have told the ebay buyer to use Paypal if i had known about this.  If there are any class action suits in the works, please post the information about them here. I will never use Paypal again, and I have instructed my more than 1000 customers to avoid them as well.  If they each contact another 1000 with whom they do business we can shut these crooks down once and for all. ... We use several logins on ebay.  Two of the three have hundreds of positive feedback.  One, representing our actual retail location, has only 7.  I NEVER DREAMED Paypal would do something like put a hold on funds that my buyer has sent.  I would have used one of the other ebay names had I known about this, and you would think they would be able to link the users and use THAT feedback when the same party is involved.  I sold two valuable paintings at a discounted price so that we could meet this month's bills.  Now, we can't pay those bills because Paypal is holding OUR money!   From now on its cash or money order.  Paypal is unethical if not downright crooked. ...
