Im trying to buy my girlfriend a late Christmas gift that she wanted; and Ive been trying to get it here before new years. I recently put $45 from moneypak into my paypal account. I havnt purchased anything off of ebay in nearly 3 years, yet when I try to purchase something now, it says that my spending limit has been reached. However, when I view my limits, it reads that I still have $45/$45 available. This is driving me crazy, because Im going to be wicked **bleep** if I cant get her gift here in time.
