I just contacted BING and got some response. They even have "recent paypal promotion" listed in their contact forms.From the response: Eligibility is determined upon these four criteria.   a.       Make a $25.00 or more cashback transaction via Bing. b.      Sign up for a Bing cashback account. c.       Add your PayPal account as a reward method for cashback payouts. d.      This all needs to happen within 11/17/09 through 11/25/09. I'm another victim. I made a purchase in drugstore.com because of this promotion. If this promotion didn't work, I end up paid more than I would in regular places.
