1) i have put a car for sale on gumtree and received a reply from abroad!! they want to pay full price, sight unseen, but they live overseas and after i receive payment they will send a pick up agent to collect the car. i replied stating that i do not have a paypal account and received a reply telling me how easy and safe it is to open an account and asking me to ring a mobile number when i had done his the prefix for this is +44!!!! anyone else smell a rat? 2) i do have a paypal account which i can pay for goods but not sure if i can withdraw money?
