Here is some more "Excellent Advice" that Paypal should consider........ Remove the ridiculous new policy that holds funds for 21 days.  Or at least consider releasing the funds under the terms stated in the new policy.  I have confirmed shipments with tracking numbers uploaded on both Ebay and Paypal that have delivery confirmation, proof of delivery, and it has up to 9 days and counting with funds still being held.  You better update the resume cause paypal is on its way down. I am glad to know I am not the only one getting **bleep**ed by this ridiculous new policy.  I have over $1,100.00 currently being held by Paypal.  I have also noticed Paypal failing to release funds upon delivery confirmation after the 3 day window for buyers to dispute any problems with the item.  It seems to be related to the amount of the payment which determines which funds get released early and which ones seem to be neglected even after the shipment is verified.  This has caused me MAJOR headaches and forced me to move funds from my brokerage account to cover the funds currently on hold by paypal. I also have had over $200.00 in overdraft fees because they have been drafting my checking account for transactions on my paypal card that couldn't be covered since all my funds were being held and unavailable to use.   What a freaking joke!!!
