Just got a letter saying that I need to call (800)480-0186 to Complete my Credit Application as they require additional information from me. Is this a valid letter from PayPal? Never received anything online requesting such information. I just opened my account. It's from: Fraud Prevention Department GE Money Bank PO Box 981404 El Paso, TX 7998-1404 See if the Phone Number (800)480-0186 is valid and if the request is valid. Thanks. - Wayne
