It finally arrived July 21st in the mail...from   and more now...this is a reply from PayPal again with no help...the "solution" was what I told them and was on its way to USPS statused on June 23rd..I replied but they want me to send it again into their (NO) Resolution Center. See it here PayPal. No more nice guy from me...I am so sick of this lying, stalling and no help.   "Hello PayPal. Are you supposed resolution group persons retarded or what?    That USPS "status" has been sitting, as I wrote to you, for more than a month. Cape Diablo is dishonest, their shipments sit until people get mad and file claims which go nowhere, if they are through PayPal.    I wrote all of this to you but you seem to think you are reporting status and news to me.    Check out your own Cape Diablo's customer dissatisfaction statuses on your website. Exactly the same as mine. They are even reported to be out of business by the Better Business Bureau.    That is their crookedness and I am sick of it and sick of no help from PayPal "reporting" "updating " with me the same information I provided to you. What a bunco business both Cape Diablo and PayPal.   I wrote to PayPal asking if they are retarded or cannot read and understand. I all of put my findings on the email to the (non)Resolution center weeks before. They wrote back after a long time some "status"  of even less than I sent to them..."updated status" going to post office in Fremont on June 23rd. Lies and more lies.  I am asking for my money back. I don't want any bracelet with this bad energy and memories on it. I wrote to PayPay and got the less than helpful and the ones who apparently do not understand. They seem to know that if they stall around the problem will sometimes go away and if not they cannot do anything as it has been too long and the business is out of business...oh yeah.  ... PayPal in my dealings with them is pretty much useless. The say they will assist but they do not. They take ages to allow the crooks to reply and then not even reply. They take the other person's word and cancel the not received claim? No good. I ordered a bracelet from a crooked company. There are many complaints about Cape Diablo. I documented my conversations with Cape Diablo, the crooked company. PayPal when I turned over the case to them with documented my emails with them... PayPal gave long lead times 3 weeks or so to give Cape Diablo time to reply and do something. They are not trustworthy and out of business according to some postings from the Better Business Bureau...nice. Thanks Paypal. Side with the crooks.   ... View more

Yes, my bracelet has not made it to USPS yet either...it has been weeks. They are a suspicious company with lots of slippery "reasons" with no result for we the customers. I have written and written still no bracelet delivered. PayPal is useless for many reasons...this one is when opening a case to get my money back from the business, using them...giving me instructions on dealing with the customer first...yeah, been there already several times...now I want it over ... and all of the have the canned and lame excuse of Covid 19.
