I was recently contacted by a person during an eBay auction. we agreed to a price and and made a deal. He sent me the payments, and I got the notification in my email. I mailed off my item, but I still haven't gotten paid for it. I have contacted the seller and even called Paypal, but I keep getting disconnected, what should i do now?
