I find the resolution to the claim I had to totally unfair. Paypal will pay for any item bought where their logo is shown for sales. My experience with a software company was bad and practically destroyed my computer, but for an Ebay tech it might not be running, after 2 weeks of phoning and many hours (I mean hours) on the phone with expert nerds in the computer field. A dispute was filed, elevated to a claim and resolved with the resolution in favor of the software company. A serious lesson learned about Paypal and it is not becoming. I suggest Paypal look at there practices for software companies as this has changed my thoughts regarding using them to purchase and to pay for items I find on Ebay. Once my listed auctions are over I will be changin the payment method.
