Same problem here, if its a business debit card it is because it has something to do with taxes, I went into the bank and had them try a cash advance and it wouldn't let the teller proceed because she wasn't sure what amount to put for taxes. She explained that the atms aren't that advanced for that either. Maybe there is a way to just change the settings for the merchant account.. I am looking into it though. I will find a smarter teller next time, but it makes a little sense.
