Yup I had to file 2 disputes for my orders. They said they shipped it to me on november 18, and on december 14 it went back to pending new lol?? 1 month and still no shipment? The other order was still pending and only a few hours old so I asked to cancel and they refused. So had to dispute that too. SCAM
