I am having the same problem, I bought something on Dec 7th to be posted from UK to NORWAY, on Dec 17th, he said he hadnt posted it yet, straight away I got onto Paypal, and a Refund was initiated on Dec 17th, This refund completed on December 30th, and says complet, refund to debit card.... It is now the 4th, and I know its the first working day for the banks, but still no money? Please inform me when yours is resolved. Danny
