I made a purchase on Nov18th paypal held the money till they did a clearance on the seller. About three days ago I received an email from the seller saying that the product was no longer available and she was going to refund my money. She sent me another email today saying that she tried to refund the money but paypal has it on hold? I didn't understand why it would say that and I don't see anything in my history or activity section.
