Hello, about 4-6 weeks ago I purchased a winter hat & neck gaiter from a site that flashed one of those ads on the side (bad me!). I hardly never ever do that, but I liked the product. It took about 4 weeks to arrive, coming from overseas. one of those Asian companies, but it was drop shipped by an American company. I got the product and it was cheaply made, I was not satisfied. So I've been back and forth with the company and it looks like they're putting up barriers to accept the return. I returned it anyway to the "warehouse" thru the USPS w/ signature confirmation and notes. I have all the correspondence with them. At what point should I start to dispute the purchase with Paypal and ask for a refund? Should I wait until they receive it?
