If you REALLY want to ruin your day, try using multi-order shipping.....It was never fun to use before September 26, 2012, but now it is thorougly frustrating. I answer all the questions regarding weight, USPS, dot my p's & q's, hit the little green icon that says Print label and my computer sits, sits and sits, doing nothing. Then the "sorry paypal multi-print is not working at this time" message appears. So, I wait for a while and go back through the whole process again and push every button on the page, same as I did before and voila! it prints....however when I check my status page, I see that I have been charged for two transactions instead of one. Paypal live person was very nice and explained that since being taken over by Ebay, the program has been giving them problems but they are working on it. She refunded both the duplicate transaction charge that I made today, and also one that I made the day before.... While I had her on the line, I mentioned the fact that the status page no longer says "track" (I talked about this in a previous post)....a very important issue for me, she said that the technicians are aware of it and are working on it too. So folks, I guess there is hope for us somewhere in the future! JeaneBee
