Paypal needs to include ALL shipping options so for example when I use Fedex, and the item is marked "shipped" with a tracking number, the system can, via a script, see that the item is delivered and fire off an email to the buyer to release the funds. If I send an email the buyer may get "cocky" with my money and feel some form of power. If Paypal send the email it should be a softer reminder. I can see the need for safety on the "Net" not saying we are scammers but the seller needs protection too. the idea of Paypal treating the seller as "guilty until proven innocent" is repulsive.
