Hello, I keep making payments but I still get my e-bill online saying the amount I owe has not gone down. They have changed there main menu it really is not user friendly at all. They have also charged me for a transaction that was never completed the seller did not get the money. I tried e-mailling there help department over a month ago still haven't recieved answer. I agree with others I am paying off the amount I owe and will no longer be using paypal.
