I recently sent a payment through ebay, but i had to cancel the payment (the funds for that payment came out of my debit card) I cancelled it and it says that the amount was refunded back to my card. I was hoping instead of having the amount refunded, if i can have it put into my paypal account.. Is that possible? because i need to send the same amount to someone else and there's no point in having it put back to be sent again..... Also, how long does it take to refund.
