OK.  Went to website, and currently am waiting the email to confirm account.  Maybe, we can get some service here.  EBay and PayPal are a monopoly, and perhaps with people going to other resources, they will realize that we aren't so happy with the game.  U think? ... View more

I have noticed lately that a lot of the very small business's that sell online, are now offering different payment options, seems the customers are complaining and not wanting to use paypal - thus the business's are giving the buyer other options.  Perhaps there is a way to do this as well - if you want to still sell on EBay.  Option 2 - get your own website, and sell with what ever tools you like.  This is only an option for the ones out there that make many sales here, and have an inventory to display.  Ebay is PayPal so I don't know how easy it is to use 1 and not the other.  Personally, I belive a well done website would be my option if I depended on these sales.  (Just an option). ... May I ask?  Shouldn't PayPal and EBay have to protect the seller, just as they do the buyer?  It only seems to me, if you can prove (with your shipping information) that you shipped the item, paid for shipping and have a total amount of loss - they would be held responsible to give your money back to you. I'm sorry, I'm kinda new and would love to know these things.  Also, do they always put a hold on transactions, or does it have to be over a certain amount?
