GOOD LUCK! I also am having that problem. For some reason paypal does a sucky job at releasing money. Is it becuase your new? I mean cuz what paypal is saying is that since you are new (but a fully functioning adult with a bank account, a job, house and car--sarcastic---) you have to wait 21 days because paypal wants to make sure it really IS you with that account and you will need to send in your SSC so they can make sure its you- oh and they need to have a picture of your house and you  to make sure it really is you.     ... I am also having to wait! THIS **bleep**!!! IT'S MY MONEY AND THE BUYER ALREADY HAS THE ITEM!!!! I also had feedback left and my money STILL IS ON HOLD! I am selling things on ebay and I have a paypal account. The thing is paypal is holding my money for up to 21 days???? This is not very good as I wanted to USE THAT MONEY TO PAY FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!!!! HELP!!! How do I get MY MONEY faster???
