I received an email from PayPal that a purchased failed becaused the withdrawal from my bank account failed. The bank account it tried to used is one I closed and deleted from PayPal over a year ago! This account does not show up in my PayPal wallet. PayPal did not attempt to use my current active bank account. Not only was my puechased not paid for, it also raises serious doubts about PayPal's abilty to manage active and deleted accounts. How does something like this happen?
