I told them I wanted to see where in the terms and conditions I agreed to that was stated. HMMMM guess what they couldn't seem to find that. I say everyone should quit using PayPal for one month maybe they would change there ridiculous new policy!! Your time would have been more productive beating your head against the wall than trying to talk to their customer-no-service about their ridiculous policies. Quit using PayPal for one month? More like forever for me.
