Hey. Sorry to hear that that happened to you. Several months ago I bought a "camcorder" on Ebay, and the thing quite frankly was a joke. Seriously... my cell phone is bigger. It looks like something you'd get out of a happy meal. Anyway, I went through all the motions to try and get my money back, and paypal told me that I had to mail the item back to them, and provide a tracking number before my money would be refunded. Well, I got it from China! And the only address that I had was in Chinese! The post office told me that there was nothing they could do with that address. So I contacted paypal nearly ten times to find out what I could do. All I kept getting was that I would be contacted within 72 hours, but I never did! Sound familiar? Bottom line is, I never got my money back. They said I ran out of time to send the tracking number. I emailed twice after that to complain, and again never heard anything back. So I lost my money and got stuck with some peice of junk! I was actually thinking I would cancel my paypal account, but I'm not sure how to do that, and I don't see it as a topic in the help menu.
