What am I suppose to do? I ordered something and realized it was a scam after the fact so of course I never got the item. I filed a dispute and then PayPal told me I get a refund. They put it through and then I got a notification saying that their bank denied it so they would do it again in 3 days. They did and then I got a notification later saying canceled - refund. How do I get my refund? There is no one to talk to at PayPal because of this covid 19.
