Received an email from PayPal stating that because I had not used PayPal in awhile an update to my account was needed. The PP logo looked authentic. However, I use PP a lot and was surprised by request. I complied and submitted info. Later, the same day 9/10, got a call from the fraud dept. at my bank where a purchase had been tried using my banking info I had updated on the request. Fortunately, the fraud dept caught in time. Have others experienced same? Tks.
