I was told in 2 different e mails he does not live at the address thats listed in paypal. So of course he never received it, he doesnt live there. He had even put down the wrong zipcode in paypal so there is no chance he ever lived there. I dont have tracking I have a shipping receipt. What **bleep** was I also sent some parts to pick from, on good faith he would mail back the extra ones so now im out the value of those too. So we are both out money. Its been over a month can he still attempt to file a claim. As of now he hasnt, but also hasnt returned any more e mails since 2 days after thanksgiving.
