I'm flying out of the country next monday (the 29th) and I need to get my visa stamp this week. I dont have funds in my PP so I would be drawing from my bank account. What happens when I do that? Does it make like an e check that takes a few days to go through? Or does it go through immediately? I'm trying to figure out if I should hold onto the app packet for an extra day, withdraw cash and send a money order. I'm moving to China for the next two years and make most of my money online, getting paid via paypal. I need to know what paypals exchange rate for China is currently and how much the fee is for a cash withdraw there. Also, is there a charge for using it as a credit card (besides the cost of product) there? Lastly, I have a bank account and credit card linked to my account. Will I be charged for withdrawing (sending) money to those accounts here in the US?   Thanks! ... View more

Yesterday and today I withdrew money using my PP card. I checked my balance before and after each transaction and $1 was removed that did not go to ATM fees.  Is PP removing fees now? These amounts do NOT show up on my payment glossary and seem to have just "vanished."   This is not the first time money have disappeared from my account with nothing to explain it in the glossary.
