For 3 days I've been having this same problem. It is crazy! I have a guy who has a paypal account and logged in. He has zero in his paypal account and when he logged in he got some message about having to put money into his paypal because the transaction could not be completed with a credit card!!! This is crazy. He just wants to pay his bill and he has to jump through hoops to do it. A friend has allowed me to process his payments through his system and they go through with no problem. Paypal was so easy and now it is turning into a nightmare! I can't believe someone isn't getting back to the people on this board.

I've seen this is a problem but I've not seen how anyone is working around the problem. I have a guy right now who's card goes through with no problems on another CC processing system. The thing is, he wants to pay online and all I have is paypal for online processing. He keeps getting this error. The thing is, he has a paypal account but doesn't want to log in every time. He just wants to pay and move on with life. Why is this happening and what is the work around? Thanks.
