Hi community, I am attempting to send an amount of money that is in my unverified PayPal account to another (verified) PayPal account of my friend's through a 'Personal" transaction. The limit on my account is $0.00, although I have $10.00 USD in my account. Why is this occuring? A few days ago, I had, and sent $21.36 USD to another account, without having to input credit card information. Can someone assist me here?
