I purchased a jacket for my gson from a buyer from China (I am USA) . I tried to use paypal checkout and although buyer stated he took paypal there was a problem w/paypal so I used my credit card. I received the jacket but, it had a broken zipper. I got ahold of buyer who offered to reinburse me or send other jacket of different brand or keep jacket and reinburse me half. He wanted my email address so he could send other pictures of other jackets. When I went into my bank acct. I did not see the original transaction. No payment was taken out. I did receive my jacket first part of nov. What do you suppose this is all about? With so many scams I am worried as to whats to do and what might happen? Not only w/my credit acct number or follow through w/anything else. I am thinking just keep jacket and have new zipper put into it,to avoid any more time into this as my grandson needs a jacket now. I am pleased w/transaction except zipper.But also worried about payment transaction. Any advice would be appreciated as soon as possible. Thank You Queenie
