Opened a claim on an item that I won but ebay pulled Seller from eBay system. Just over 3 weeks, received item out of the blue as Seller did not respond to me. I closed claim as I received item. Tested item, its does not work. I am unable to re-open closed ticket NOR open a new one with the same ticket number. Suggestions please ?
